The Executive Department is responsible for establishing and promoting CHA’s long and short-term strategic goals. Led by Executive Director Gregory P. Russ, the Executive Department oversees and directs the leaders of CHA’s Communications & Policy, Fiscal Affairs, Human Resources, Leased Housing, Legal, Resident Services, Planning & Development and Operations Departments. The Executive Department is responsible for the Agency’s administration of the City’s successful state and federal affordable housing programs.
