About the CHA
Human Resources

The Human Resources Department provides support to all 160 plus CHA employees.  Human Resources recruits and hires competent, dedicated talent for the Agency.  The HR Department manages and administers employee/labor relations actions; administers compensation and benefits programs; coaches CHA leadership, management and individual contributing employees; and facilitates training and career development.

By developing, monitoring and maintaining modern competitive practices and programs HR enables CHA's workforce to concentrate its efforts on both tactical and strategic duties associated with the achievement of CHA's mission to manage safe, quality and affordable housing.
