As the Cambridge market continues evolving, the CHA and its non-profit affiliates continually seek out new opportunities for growth and new revenue within the context of CHA's mission to increase affordable housing and economic self reliance for the City's low income households.

Neville Place at Fresh Pond, Assisted Living
Neville Place is a development of Neville Community Partners, a joint venture effort led by the Cambridge Housing Authority. Neville Assisted Living Limited Partnership was formed in December 1998 to acquire the former Neville Manor, rehabilitate it and operate it as 71 units of assisted living housing in Cambridge. 57 of these units are reserved for low to moderate income tenants. Construction was substantially completed in November 2001. Learn more about  Neville Place.

Neville Center at Fresh Pond for Nursing and Rehabilitation
Construction of a new 112-bed skilled nursing facility next to Neville Place marks the second component in the redevelopment of the Neville site. Neville Communities Home Inc. (NCHI), a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, was formed in 1999 for the purpose of assuming ownership and operation of the former Neville Manor Nursing Home. Learn more about  Neville Center
