Request for Proposals for Inspectional Services for Leased Housing Voucher Program
Provide inspection services for CHA's local leased housing program to assure that all units meet the minimum standards as set forth in the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code and the Federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS). Only regular HQS inspections will be conducted by the selected contractor.
