On January 6, 2010 Patrick Dober, CHA's Deputy Director of Planning and Development provided comments at the State's Annual Hearing on the allocation of Private Activity Tax Exempt Bond Financing.  Tax exempt bond financing is a critical tool for the revitalization and modernization of CHA's aging public housing stock.
