On July 28, 2010 CHA's Executive Director Gregory P. Russ testified before the Community Preservation Act Board.  In his testimony Mr. Russ urged the Board to continue making 80% of CPA funds available to the Affordable Housing Trust to support local efforts to expand and preserve the city's affordable housing stock.
