CHA Testimony on DHCD's Qualified Allocation Plan

On December 22, 2009 Patrick Dober, CHA's Deputy Director of Planning & Development testified on the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development's Draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).  Mr. Dober encouraged the Department to revise the QAP to create a priority for state public housing developments; particularly Chapter 200 family public housing developments.
