The Cambridge Housing Authority uses the flexibility provided by its participation in HUD's Moving to Work Demonstration Program (MTW) to think progressively about how we use, purchase and produce energy.

CHA was asked by HUD to share lessons we've learned leveraging MTW to improve energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions with other MTW agencies and HUD staff.  The presentation below was given by CHA Executive Director Gregory P.
