Family Public Housing
The CHA manages over thirty state and federally supported family properties.  Family public housing is for low-income households with incomes not higher than 80% of of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Cambridge.  Please visit the Development Directory for detailed information on each family public housing property CHA manages.

Many of CHA's family developments offer a wide array of educational, vocational, and social supportive services to adult residents and their children.  Please visit the Resident Services section of our website to learn more about services available to families living in CHA's family public housing develoments.

If you have already applied for family public housing and information about you or anyone else in your household, including your mailing address has changed, please complete and return CHA's Household Information Change Form.

If you would like to change your current development choices, please complete and return CHA's Development Choice Change Form.  Please keep in mind that you can only change your development choices once every twelve months.
